Today was perfect!!!

Today was perfect I met my Nephew for the first time again in 11 yrs =(. He invited my mom to his basket ball game while we were reception center looking he has been in contact with my mom for the past couple of months but that's as far as it has gone he was shy I think and finally decided to meet us again. he's a really good ball player doesn't surprise me cause his mom was really good at basketball from what my dad recently reminded me of "she was always beating the boys" All I have to say is he's a heart breaker!!!. it was really hard for me to see him I didn't even recognize him, all these ball players were bouncing the ball and I knew one of them was him but I didn't know what one it had been yrs he was a 7yr old boy when I saw him last running around in his Superman costume and now he's playing basketball and football for his high school. I never understood why his dad did what he did (keeping him away from us) but I have to say he did a really good job of raising him I just wish we got to see it too =(. those of you that don't know, my sister Nicole died when she was 24 yrs old of a massive heart attack and her husband took it really hard and disappeared out of our life and took Nicholas with him. I have waited for this day for the past 11 yrs I wondered what I would say to him? what did he look like? how would he act? would he remember me? Did he remember his mom? I searched for him for all of these years and today was the day It finally happened.
